About two chews in, you'll realize that you don't need eggs, dairy, or wheat to make an incredible baked good - you just need the right ingredients and the right processes. Of course we want you to come try our goodies in store, but we also want to show you how easy it really is to make them at home. We want you to experience the same freedom we experienced when our first batch of brownies came out just right, and the same "Aha!" moment we had when we found the perfect balance of rice flour and tapioca flour. We think those moments are what baking is about. As much as being vegan and gluten-free has prevented us from using the traditional, tried-and-true recipes, it has also pushed us to make the most out of every single ingredient we put into our food. Shouldn't all baking be that way?
